Terms and conditions

The prices

All prices are indicated in Euros inclusive of value-added tax.

The room rates are per person a day, the prices of the special offers are per person for the stay.

Visitor's tax is not included yet. It amounts to 1,90 € per day and has to be paid by persons from the age of 16 years. It includes the KONUS-Guestcard (use of the local public transport free of charge).

When booking one of the special offers, additional nights are possible to book at any time at the normal overnight price. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse unused services of a booked package offer.

Calculation of increased cleaning costs / smoking in non-smoking rooms

Our guest house reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if the room is significantly dirty, which goes beyond the normal level. This depends on the cleaning effort.

An additional cleaning fee of 200,00 euros will be charged if smoking occurs in a designated non-smoking room. All rooms and spaces in our Wörner guest house are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is tolerated in designated areas such as the balcony or terrace. Windows and doors must then remain closed.

Payment

You can pay cash or with a debit card. Credit cards (Mastercard, Visa) will be accepted in exceptional cases.

Minumum stay

At Easter and Whitsun and on some other public holidays we expect a minimum stay of 3 nights.
During the main season (July/August/September/October) we accept reservations of less than 3 nights only on short call. We ask for your comprehension.

Reservation for groups

We are also happy to agree to reservations for groups (in the high season, however, only from 3 nights). When booking 3 rooms or more, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount.

Cancellations

Reservations can be canceled free of charge until 14 days prior to the arrival. From 14 to 7 days prior to the arrival we will charge 50%, thereafter and in case of early departure 80%, in default of appearance 100% of the total amount.

If necessary, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. We always ask you to cancel in writing.

Domestic animals

In deference to the other guests we don't allow animals.

The guesthouse Wörner is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer conciliation committee.
