Urbansfest

The winegrowers have every reason to be grateful and happy. The Urban Festival in Durbach at the end of the grape harvest is part of the annual ritual in Durbach.

The youth brass band of the Durbach traditional costume band will be taking care of the catering with helpers from their own ranks. The autumn festival begins at 11 a.m. with new Clevner from the Durbach winegrowers' cooperative, tarte flambée, hot sausages, bacon sandwiches and schnitzel rolls.

At 2 p.m. those present will hold a service of thanksgiving in honor of the patron saint of the vines at the Urban statue. The Durbach church choir and the Ebersweier music club will provide the music for the celebration.

Afterwards, the Ebersweier musicians' club will play entertainment music for the guests.
